Do not be afraid 10 7-23-2020

Hebrews 10:23- Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is Faithful.

1 Corinthians 1:9 God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Begin to call Jesus by his name, sing and worship him with your favorite songs.

Now pray the following verses and mean it.

1.Isaiah 12:2(NIV) Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.”

Prayer: Father, God thank you for your salvation, true salvation comes from Jesus alone. May I never put myself in a position where the salvation of God will continue to elude me in Jesus name amen.

2. Isaiah 17:2 (NIV) The cities of Aroer will be deserted and left to flocks, which will lie down, with no one to make them afraid.

Prayer: Father, God I thank you that a time is coming when nothing makes me afraid, not what I feel, hear and see, but my focus and trust is solely on Jesus and Holy Spirit will find full expression in my life in Jesus name amen.

3. Isaiah 35:4 (NIV) say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you.”

Prayer: Thank you God for your faithfulness, for your love endures forever, your mercies are new every morning and your protection is forever sure and for my sake you subdue my enemies in Jesus name amen.

4. Isaiah 37:6-7 (NIV) Isaiah said to them, “Tell your master, ‘This is what the Lord says: Do not be afraid of what you have heard—those words with which the underlings of the king of Assyria have blasphemed me. 7 Listen! When he hears a certain report, I will make him want to return to his own country, and there I will have him cut down with the sword.

5. Isaiah 40:9 (NIV)You who bring good news to Zion, go up on a high mountain. You who bring good news to Jerusalem, lift up your voice with a shout, lift it up, do not be afraid; say to the towns of Judah, “Here is your God!

6. Isaiah 41:13 (NIV) For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, do not fear; I will help you.

7. Isaiah 41:14 (NIV) Do not be afraid, you worm Jacob, little Israel, do not fear, for I myself will help you,” declares the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

8. Isaiah 43:1-4 (NIV)But now, this is what the Lord says— he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior; I give Egypt for your ransom, Cush and Seba in your stead. Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life.

9. Isaiah 43:5 Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bring your children from the east and gather you from the west.

10. Isaiah 44:2 (NIV)This is what the Lord says— he who made you, who formed you in the womb and who will help you: Do not be afraid, Jacob, my, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen.

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem and America. Pray for the growth of Family centered prayer battle, in Jesus name amen.
