Do not be Afraid 5

Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.


So, therefore FEAR comes by hearing, and hearing the word of the devil. Be careful what you hear, your imaginations, your thoughts, no wonder the bible says in 2 Corinthians 10:5 “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.

Songs: Open your mouth and begin to praise God in any song of your choice. Worship him in ways you have not done before.

1. II Kings 25:24 – Gedaliah took an oath to reassure them and their men. ‘Do not be afraid of the Babylonian officials, he said. ‘Settle down in the land and serve the king of Babylon, and it will go will with you.’

Prayer: Every evil promise of peace by the enemy or any evil alter to take advantage of me and manipulate my destiny be melted away in Jesus name amen.

2. I Chronicles 22:13 – Then you will have success if you are careful to observe the decrees and laws that the Lord gave to Moses for Israel. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged.

Prayer: Abba Father, give me the wisdom and staying power to remain laser focus on you, to observe, your decrees, the principles and precepts of the heavenly kingdom, working out my salvation with fear and trembling daily before you, in Jesus name amen.

3. I chronicle 28:20 – David also said to Solomon his son, ‘Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the temple of the Lord is finished.’

Prayer: Thank you lord for your consistent faithfulness in my life, my family, friends, and all you do around and about us. In Jesus name amen

4. II Chronicles 20:15 – He said: ‘Listen, King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! This is what the Lord says to you: “Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s”’

Prayer: Thank you lord for your consistent faithfulness in my life, my family, friends, and all you do around and about us. In Jesus name amen

5. II Chronicles 20:17 – “You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. God out to face them tomorrow, and the Lord will be with you.”

Prayer: Thank you lord for your consistent faithfulness in my life, my family, friends, and all you do around and about us. In Jesus name amen

6. II Chronicles 32:7 – ‘Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged because of the king of Assyria and the vast army with him, for there is a greater power with us than with him.’

Prayer: Amen! Thank you, lord, for your consistent faithfulness in my life, my family, friends, and all you do around and about us. In Jesus name amen

7. Nehemiah 4:14 – After I looked things over, I stood up and said to the nobles, the officials and the rest of the people, ‘Don’t be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your families, your sons and your daughters, your wives and your homes.’

Prayer: Thank you lord for your consistent faithfulness in my life, my family, friends, and all you do around and about us. In Jesus name amen

8. Job 5:21 – You will be protected from the last of the tongue and need not fear when destruction comes.

Prayer: Thank you lord for your consistent faithfulness in my life, my family, friends, and all you do around and about us. In Jesus name amen

9. Job 11:15 – Then, free of fault, you will lift your face; you will stand firm and without fear.

Prayer: Thank you lord for your consistent faithfulness in my life, my family, friends, and all you do around and about us. In Jesus name amen

10. Job 21:9 – Their homes are safe and free from fear; the rod of God is not on them

Prayer: Thank you lord for your consistent faithfulness in my life, my family, friends, and all you do around and about us. In Jesus name amen
